Our Story
Frosty Accelerate began in 2018 when our founder recognised a gap in the Leeds financial services market. Too many businesses and individuals were receiving either oversimplified advice that missed crucial nuances or overly complex recommendations they couldn't implement.
We set out to create something different. A consultancy that combined rigorous financial expertise with practical, human-centered guidance. One that prioritised understanding over jargon, and long-term relationships over quick transactions.
Starting from a single office in the city centre, we worked with our first clients to refine an approach that balanced analytical precision with real-world applicability. Word spread. Referrals grew. Within three years, we'd built a reputation for delivering results that actually mattered.
